F.A.Q

Clear answers for serious buyers. Our program is premium and placement is intentional.

Pricing: $8,500–$15,500   Application Required   Dallas Pickup + Delivery Options

Our current litter is priced $8,500–$15,500. Pricing is based on structure, color/rarity, overall quality, and demand. If you’re approved, we’ll confirm the final pricing for the specific puppy you select.

Premium pricing reflects selective pairings, high-level daily care, veterinary oversight, time invested into handling/socialization, and limited litters. You’re not paying for a label—you’re investing in predictability, structure, and placement support.

The process is simple:

  1. Submit the application
  2. We contact approved buyers for a quick confirmation
  3. Approved buyers place a deposit
  4. Puppy is marked Reserved and removed from public availability

Yes. At this price point and breed size, we screen for fit. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. We place puppies intentionally and reserve the right to refuse placement if the home is not a match.

Deposits are non-refundable once accepted and placed because the puppy is removed from the market. Deposits may be transferable one time within the same litter if availability allows and at breeder discretion.

Deposit amount: $__________ (fill this in)

If a buyer backs out, the deposit is forfeited and the puppy may be relisted immediately. This protects the program from lost time, lost opportunities, and last-minute uncertainty.

Go-home is on or around February 10. Puppies must be age-appropriate, stable, and cleared to transition. We prioritize doing this correctly over rushing the process.

Note: Update the year on your site to match your litter schedule (DOB is Dec 23, 2025).

Puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations and routine deworming. You will receive guidance on the next vaccine schedule and recommended veterinary follow-up after pickup.

Your veterinarian will continue the remaining series based on age and protocol.

Yes, we guarantee the puppy is healthy at the time of transfer and provide a veterinary health check. Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup. Full terms are outlined in the Puppy Purchase Agreement.

Visits may be available by appointment only after application approval. This protects puppy health and reduces stress. We also offer video calls and updated videos for out-of-town buyers.

Delivery may be available depending on location and schedule. Buyer is responsible for delivery costs. We’ll coordinate the safest, least stressful option for the puppy (ground or flight arrangements if applicable).

When properly raised, trained, and managed, XL Bullies can be excellent family dogs. Compatibility depends on the home’s structure, supervision, and training—not just the dog’s genetics. We expect buyers to commit to responsible ownership.

If payment arrangements are offered, they are discussed after application approval and are handled case-by-case. The puppy is not considered reserved until the deposit is received and confirmed.

Breeding rights are not automatic. They are considered case-by-case for approved buyers only. Most placements are pet homes unless breeding rights are explicitly granted in writing.

No breeder can guarantee exact adult size, coat color changes, or temperament outcomes. Genetics matter, but the home environment (training, routine, boundaries, exposure) plays a major role. We breed for strong odds—buyers build the outcome.

We recommend crate training, basic obedience, and controlled socialization from day one. For large breeds, we strongly encourage professional training if the buyer is inexperienced. Structure early prevents problems later.

We recommend premium nutrition and controlled growth. We will provide a starter feeding plan at pickup. Avoid cheap diets—this breed’s performance and health are directly tied to nutrition.

If you can no longer keep the dog, you must contact King of Hearts Bullies first. We do not want our dogs surrendered to shelters or passed around without control. Rehoming must be coordinated.
